We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days, investigate it, and send you our full written response within eight weeks — usually much sooner. If we need more time we will explain why and when you will hear from us.
If you are unhappy with our final response, or eight weeks have passed without one, you can ask the Legal Ombudsman to look at your complaint independently. The Ombudsman expects complaints:

The Legal Ombudsman deals with poor service. If your concern is about our behaviour — for example dishonesty, losing your money, or treating you unfairly because of a protected characteristic — you can raise it with the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
Who we are. Immigrationely.com Ltd is the data controller for personal information we hold. Contact us about your data at tellus@immigrationely.com or by post to our registered office.
How we charge. Before we take on any matter you receive a written quote and a client care letter recording exactly what we will do and what it will cost. If the scope of your matter changes, we tell you in writing before any additional cost is incurred.
VAT. Because our clients are typically not resident in the UK, our fees do not usually attract UK VAT. The VAT position for your specific matter is confirmed in your client care letter before you commit to anything.
Disbursements are costs payable to others, passed on at cost and itemised in advance:
All matters are handled by our solicitors and supervised caseworkers, under the supervision of a director who is a solicitor regulated by the SRA.
These depend on Home Office service standards and tribunal listings: straightforward applications are often decided within 3 weeks to 6 months of submission; appeals commonly take 6–12 months to reach hearing. Detention work moves much faster — bail applications are typically listed within days. We give you a realistic timetable for your matter at the outset and update you as it progresses.
Published fee ranges for non-asylum immigration applications are being finalised and will appear on this page. Until then, we provide a written, fixed, no-obligation quote before any engagement — call 0333 444 1444 or write to tellus@immigrationely.com.
